Refund policy

MiTherapists.com sells digital directory memberships and subscriptions. Because our service is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital goods.


Subscription Refunds
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with your membership, provided you have not submitted a completed profile for publication. Refund requests must be made by emailing admin@directoryonlinesvc.com with your order number and reason for the request.

Once a therapist profile has been submitted and published on MiTherapists.com, the subscription is considered fulfilled and refunds will not be issued for that billing period.


Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — monthly or annual, depending on your plan. You will retain full access to your profile and member benefits through the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.


Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of purchase and prior to profile submission are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days or following profile submission, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent auto-renewal.


Promotional and Discounted Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased at a promotional rate, including those using a promo code for a free or discounted subscription, are non-refundable. Cancellation remains available at any time to prevent future charges.


Exceptions
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will always try to do right by our members. If you have an unusual circumstance, please reach out — we're a small Michigan-focused team and we're happy to work with you.


How to Request a Refund
Email admin@directoryonlinesvc.com with your order number and a brief description of your request. We respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.


European Union
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel a digital subscription within 14 days of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, unless the digital service has already been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance. By submitting your profile for publication, you acknowledge that the service has been performed and waive your right of withdrawal.
